Heather is a professional host and actress with a passion for environmental conservation and sustainability and a weak spot for delicious cocktails and adrenaline pumping fun. She currently covers local community events for Westfield Buzz TV and is the spokeswoman for Acne Free, The Facelifter and Zepter International.
With an Environmental Science degree from Oregon State University and a SCUBA Rescue certification, she is an adventure seeking science nerd who has traveled globe. She lived on the tiny island of South Caicos in the Caribbean studying the queen conch population, in Puerto Rico working for the Caribbean Alliance for Sustainable Tourism and trekked through remote areas of Asia and Central America.
Heather began her modeling career during college and has now appeared in commercials, film, TV, and fitness videos worldwide. You my have caught her face this year in Old Navy, Primetime Shuttle or Worx Energy commercials. She was a host on Speed TV’s “Street Tuner Challenge” and landed several feature films including the lead in “No Bad Days” shot entirely in the Yucatan Peninsula. You can also watch Heather on numerous Spike TV shows including; “Manswers”, “Surviving Disaster” and “1000 Ways to Die.”
As a NASM Certified Fitness trainer, she trained an out of shape 30-something, on the Fox show “30-Days”, and has been featured in Women’s Running, Best Body and New Beauty magazines. Her love for nature and affinity for heights draw her to extreme sports including skydiving, surfing and rock climbing.
Heather is the founder of Black LAB Ventures; a mixology based consulting company whose fresh cocktails and dedication to sustainable events are setting new standards. As the resident mixologist on The Playboy Morning Show on Sirius XM, she shares homemade cocktail recipes monthly with over 1 million listeners.
Heather recognizes the importance of living consciously and has a new blog, AGreenDayinLA.com where she shares simple ways to be green while living the fast paced city life. She is currently developing her passions into an exciting eco-travel show. |
