Edible Flower Ice Cubes

I love everything about these beautiful floral ice cubes!

Incredibly easy to make, they dress up any cocktail and are sure to wow your guests as the ice melts exposing a delicate flower.

Simply purchase edible flowers at you local grocery store. I bought these at Whole Foods for $4.99.

This silicon tray makes 2 inch square cubes perfect for rocks glasses and this size works best with the flowers.

If you are using a smaller cube tray then I suggest smaller additions such as berries and herbs.

Freeze overnight for best results.

These cubes are best served with clear or light color drinks in a 12 oz rocks glass.
